What we collect

When you request a consultation, you may provide your name, business name, phone number, email address, preferred communication method and a description of the task you want help with. We also record the page from which you submitted the form.

Our hosting and form providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and request timestamps. External font providers may receive similar connection information when your browser downloads the site’s fonts.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation, determine whether Mentat Studios is a good fit for your needs, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records and protect the site from abuse.

Who processes information

We use Netlify to host this website and process consultation-form submissions. We use our email provider to receive notifications and communicate with you. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics services, advertising pixels or cookies for behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy before enabling those tools.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We periodically delete information that is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request that we correct or delete it by emailing [email protected]. We may need to retain limited information when required for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.

Do Not Track

Because the site does not currently track visitors across third-party websites, it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. Third parties are not permitted by Mentat Studios to collect personal information here for behavioral advertising.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and professionals, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our information practices change, we will revise this page and update the effective date above.
